2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your email address when you sign up, subscribe to updates, or download a lead magnet. We also collect payment information processed securely through Polar.sh — we never store raw card numbers. When you use our software, we may collect usage data (feature interactions, crash reports) to improve the product. Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized traffic data (pages visited, session duration, approximate location). IP addresses are anonymized before storage.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your email to deliver the product, send transactional messages (receipts, download links), and — with your consent — send marketing updates about Prodnami. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link at the bottom of any email. We use analytics data solely to understand how people use the site and improve it. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Billing & Payments
All payments are processed by Polar.sh. When you purchase a Prodnami subscription, your payment details are handled entirely by Polar.sh under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but not your raw payment credentials.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember preferences. We also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect some functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 2 years after you cancel, in case you return. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected] and we will delete your data within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict processing; and to data portability. Prodnami is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
